Request deletion of your CurbTask account
Signed in? To delete your account and associated personal data, sign in, open Settings and select Delete account, then type DELETE.
If you cannot sign in: Email support@curbtask.com from your account email with the subject “CurbTask account deletion request”. Our team may need to confirm account ownership. Never send your password or identity documents in the initial email.
CurbTask is a service of Hikepilot LLC. We reply within 1 business day. We finish a deletion within 30 days.
What happens next
If nothing is open on your account, it is deleted immediately and you are signed out. If you have open tasks or jobs, a payment still being settled, earnings still to be paid out or a dispute, we keep your request and finish deleting your account within 30 days, once they are settled. Open tasks are not canceled automatically; the Delete account screen shows what still needs to close.
What is removed and what is kept
You can also request deletion of specific personal data without closing your account. Describe the data in your support request.
Completed deletion removes account credentials and profile details, worker identity uploads, messages and personal service details from active application records. Limited transaction, earnings and review records may remain for the reasons explained in our privacy notice.
